Payment & Refunds
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro are accepted through our online ticketing kiosk, via PayPal and Stripe.
Please provide a card number, issue number, expiry date, security code, name and address of the card holder. Cheques: Please make cheques payable to Rye Int. Jazz Festival Limited and these cheques can be sent directly to the address detailed below.
The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance. Booking fee applies for card payments to cover processing and ticket agency fees. In the event of cancellation booking fees are non-refundable.
In the case any booking errors, refunds can be issued within 5 working days. We advise customers to check their order confirmation immediately after booking.
Discounts & Concessions
Offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with one another. The Rye International Jazz Festival reserves the right to offer last minute promotions and discounts.
Festival and Event Programme
All programme details are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change programmes and artists if circumstances dictate. In the event of cancellations the face value of tickets will be refunded.
Tickets cannot be accepted for refund or resale.
Disabled Patrons & Support Workers/Assistants
Our intention is to make everything we do accessible to all our audiences. We therefore offer a free ticket for support workers/assistants that travel with disabled patrons to ensure they are able to attend. We recommend early booking for seats requiring wheelchair access is advisable as they are limited in number.
Please be prepared to show relevant ID at the box office or upon admission to events.

Competitions
From time to time we run competitions which include tickets, meet & greets, CD’s as prizes and are often in conjunction with carefully selected partners. We will let you know about these competitions but will never share your contact details with these partners or anyone else. Specific competition terms are detailed in the copy.
