Join us on the terrace of the Lookout within the heart of Rye and admire the stunning view across the Romney Marsh whilst relaxing to cool afternoon jazz.  

The Lookout is a small independent hotel located in the heart of medieval Rye just beyond the town’s ‘Landgate’.

Afternoon Jazz Duo - Pianist Terry Seabrook and singer Imogen Ryall from 3.00pm.

The duo will be performing a wide ranging mix of standards, Latin/contemporary tunes & a smattering of originals too, presented in a style of jazz with a more European vibe.

Terry Seabrook - Pianist and bandleader from Brighton, UK. He studied at Sussex University & Eastman School of Music in NY. He started in 1985, touring Europe and the Middle East with US Jazz singer Joe Lee Wilson. He composes for his jazz projects, TV & the Jazz Piano & Rock School Grades.

Imogen Ryall - Described as possessing “a very lovely voice indeed” by Jazz FM’s Sarah Ward, Imogen’s skillful improvising and her unique and heartfelt interpretations of the jazz standard repertoire have made her a popular performer with both audiences and musicians alike.
